My sister introduce Lemmy to "Pocoyo" at the tender age of 6 months! -That's what she was doing with him when she let me sleep in the mornings during our Christmas visit!- Lemmy loved it, so for Christmas my sister got him this puppets who he still loves to the date!
In the second photo he is doing a Lemmy sandwich, and then put them to sleep with him.

I had to have one of this skype photos! It is such a blessing to be able to skype with family when we are all in different countries! Lemmy loves to talk to his auntie Adriana. She does puppets shows for him, and one of his favourite things is to see the drawings my sister does. Lemmy asked her a long time ago to make him an elephant who cry and since then she made special cards and shows it to him every time! Elefante feliz ( happy elephant), Elefante llorando ( crying elephant) , Elefante asustado ( scared elephant), Elefante enfadado ( angry elephant) and more!

Sometimes if we are in a rush we shower Lemmy quickly. This time daddy was on a rush as he was leading worship tonight, so he jump in the shower first. Lemmy wanted to go in and they had so much fun! At one point Lemmy grab the shower and started to splash daddy. I love hearing their laughs!

As I went to bed last night I saw this set up on our coffee table. I decided it will be the photo of the day!  (as it was actually the 20th about 2am!) I just love how Lemmy plays!
This is Edward, Percy, Patrick, James and the fat controler. How cute it that?!

Lemmy's nap time. I don't have too many photos of him sleeping. Today was super sunny so I took a quick snap! I let him sleep in our bed. He chose Mickey and his little cat to come along. My sweet peaceful boy.

After so many days away, our home got a bit neglected! So this morning I started doing some cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and clearing toys with the best helper ever!! He actually cleans hard!! :)

Right by the parking ticket collection there's a little ice-cream van that Lemmy likes to go in everytime we are around that area. So, while daddy pays the parking ticket, Lemmy has a little ride in the ice-cream van. First photo while ride is going, second when it finished.

Convention is finally over, and Lemmy has me back to himself again! Here he was laughing as I just arrived in the car ( where he was again waiting for me) and I started to play being scare with the dinosaur's roar noises he was making :)

After a whole day without seeing mummy much, this was his happy face to see me again. He was waiting with daddy. I had never spend so much time without my Lemmy.

It was another long day for us in London. Mummy was all afternoon in seminars while daddy was looking after Lemmy. He was beaten at the end of the day. I missed taking photos of him all day so I had to twist my whole body, lift my arm high and try to take a quick snap on our journey back home. ( He also had a fall and the dinosaur he was holding made that scar :( )

Bath time. Happy boy! He had rosy chicks the past two days and we discovered today he has a new tooth coming through!

Mummy's birthday. A full day in London. Daddy took Lemmy to the museum to see the dinosaurs while mummy attended a workshop. No time for proper family photos. Marc took this one quickly at the lobby of our hotel.

I recieved a little package with a new Cabbage Patch Kid in it! I never had one growing up since my mum thought they were horrible dolls. So, many years later I got one! Lemmy welcome Parker Reynaldo with a warm hug! ha ha

This two are the best of friends :) They were born 2 days apart. My friend Wendy and I ended up in the hospital at the same time. They have a good special bond.

Los 3 reyes magos! ( the 3 kings ) We have a tradition in Argentina that every 6th of January the 3 kings come and leave gifts in your shoes ( that we leave outside our bedroom or by the Christmas tree) I like to keep the tradition ( though Lemmy already knows is me and daddy who gives the presents). It's just fun  and another excuse to have more presents during the cold winter in England ;)

He was happy to discovered 2 little toys I got him for the 3 kings ( an argentinian tradition/celebration) :) And the tiger got hurted so he needed a little kiss.
Lemmy is exactly 2 years and a half today!

The start

I have been following several blogs this past year. It has been so refreshing, challenging, inspiring and so much more. I have learned new things, some of these I have applied and some I cant wait to start.
As it's the start of a new year, I have decided it will be a good time to start with my one frame a day.
Usually I get really excited about something, I start and half way through it gets really dull  and the excitement transforms into an obligation just to finish it up. No joy in there, so I might as well give up. I hope this project will be different. One, because I love photography. Two, It will challenge me to get photos when I don't feel like it, or when things seem ordinary and mundane, to search out the extraordinary in them. I'm up for the challenge. I want to capture snaps of my family every day for 2011, starting today. I have a few rules, it doesn't have to be the perfect picture, in fact it can be taken with my phone if I don't have my heavy DSRL with me, or a smaller compact camera. It needs to capture the moment I want to remember. The expression, no worrying about the perfect exposure, composition,etc..but I'm expecting to capture some real magic this year!

 January 1st. Lemmy's first hair cut. At exactly 1 day away of being 2 years and a half!! I love his baby hair and I will missed some of it! Hopefully will be growing quickly and stronger!
